Tracking Not Working

Issue: Clicks aren't being tracked

Possible causes:

  • Tracking code not installed correctly
  • Store ID is incorrect
  • User has ad blockers enabled (expected behavior)
  • No fbclid parameter in URL

Solution: Go to Dashboard → Test Mode and place a test order to verify installation.

Conversions Not Matching

If conversions aren't being attributed to clicks, check:

  • • Attribution window (default 7 days - did they purchase after 7 days?)
  • • Customer used different device/browser
  • • Customer cleared cookies between click and purchase
  • • Purchase was from organic traffic, not Facebook ad
