Tracking Not Working
Issue: Clicks aren't being tracked
Possible causes:
- Tracking code not installed correctly
- Store ID is incorrect
- User has ad blockers enabled (expected behavior)
- No fbclid parameter in URL
Solution: Go to Dashboard → Test Mode and place a test order to verify installation.
Conversions Not Matching
If conversions aren't being attributed to clicks, check:
- • Attribution window (default 7 days - did they purchase after 7 days?)
- • Customer used different device/browser
- • Customer cleared cookies between click and purchase
- • Purchase was from organic traffic, not Facebook ad
