How long does setup take?
Typically under 10 minutes for Shopify/WooCommerce stores. Just install the app, connect your Facebook account, and you're tracking!
Do I need to install tracking code manually?
No! If you use our Shopify or WooCommerce integration, tracking code is installed automatically.
Will Harper slow down my site?
No. Our tracking script is async and lightweight (<10KB). It has zero impact on page load times.
What happens if a user has ad blockers?
Browser tracking won't work, but our server-side CAPI tracking will still capture the conversion. This is why CAPI is so important!
Can I track multiple stores?
Each account can connect one store.
How accurate is the attribution?
With both pixel and CAPI enabled, we achieve 85-95% attribution accuracy. This is 30-50% better than Facebook Pixel alone.
