Frequently Encountered Problems
❌ Clicks Not Being Tracked
Possible causes:
- Tracking code not installed or installed incorrectly
- Ad blocker blocking the tracking script
- No fbclid parameter in the URL (not a Facebook ad click)
- Store ID mismatch
Solutions:
- Verify tracking code installation in Dashboard → Test Mode
- Check browser console for JavaScript errors
- Ensure you're clicking actual Facebook ads (not organic posts)
❌ Conversions Not Matching to Clicks
Possible causes:
- Purchase happened outside attribution window (default 7 days)
- Customer used different device/browser
- Customer cleared cookies
- Purchase was from organic traffic, not Facebook
Solutions:
- Check attribution window settings
- Enable CAPI for better cross-device matching
- Review unattributed conversions in dashboard
❌ Shopify Integration Not Working
Solutions:
- Verify app is installed and active in Shopify admin
- Check that webhooks are enabled
- Re-authorize the app if needed
- Contact support if issue persists
