Frequently Encountered Problems

❌ Clicks Not Being Tracked

Possible causes:

  • Tracking code not installed or installed incorrectly
  • Ad blocker blocking the tracking script
  • No fbclid parameter in the URL (not a Facebook ad click)
  • Store ID mismatch

Solutions:

  • Verify tracking code installation in Dashboard → Test Mode
  • Check browser console for JavaScript errors
  • Ensure you're clicking actual Facebook ads (not organic posts)

❌ Conversions Not Matching to Clicks

Possible causes:

  • Purchase happened outside attribution window (default 7 days)
  • Customer used different device/browser
  • Customer cleared cookies
  • Purchase was from organic traffic, not Facebook

Solutions:

  • Check attribution window settings
  • Enable CAPI for better cross-device matching
  • Review unattributed conversions in dashboard

❌ Shopify Integration Not Working

Solutions:

  • Verify app is installed and active in Shopify admin
  • Check that webhooks are enabled
  • Re-authorize the app if needed
  • Contact support if issue persists
